Kylie Jenner opens up about future post 30: From Kylie Cosmetics to acting aspirations & more

Kylie Jenner has opened up about her future plans, especially after turning 30. The 28-year-old said that she has some plans for her company, Kylie Cosmetics, and added that she wants to try different things.

Kylie Jenner appeared on Khloe Kardashian's podcast in an episode published on November 12. On it, they spoke about numerous things like growing up together, motherhood, and stardom, among others. Towards the end, Khloe asked Kylie, since she would turn 30 on August 10, 2027, what her plans were and what her future looked like.

Jenner answered:

"The 30s look like my children will be 10. But I think my 30s and my goal for the next year, so like, Kylie Cosmetics is my baby. I have some more goals and things that I want to do for her. I think that’s my main focus." "I would do another acting job if it was the right fit, and I do want to get back into the studio. I’m not saying I would send any new music but I want to try, ‘cause why not try. Why not just try and enjoy life. If no f*cks were given before, no f*cks are given now," she added.

Kylie Jenner founded Kylie Cosmetics in 2015. It was first named Lip Kit by Kylie and started by selling a liquid lipstick and lip liner set before it was renamed the following year.

Kylie Jenner opens up about motherhood and becoming a young mom

Kylie Jenner has two kids with her ex-partner, Travis Scott: son Aire (3) and daughter Stormi (7). She gave birth to Stormi when she was 20 and Aire when she was 24.

In her podcast, Khloe Kardashian asked Jenner how she manages to balance motherhood with her individual identity, and she answered:

"I think I have a really good balance. I think that I definitely still feel like myself. It was really hard for me having kids so young and you're just...the emotions, and the postpartum."

Kardashian added:

"And probably being the only one in your circle [to have kids]"

Jenner answered:

"The only one. Yris [Palmer]. Yris and I became a lot closer. She's a little bit older than me, we had kids together also. But I think I did a pretty good job. I think it just takes time."

Kardashian asserted that Jenner did a "great job". Jenner then added:

"It took me like a year, probably, after both times to really feel like myself again."

Kardashian then said that "it's normal" and it takes time. Jenner had also spoken about being a young mother in an interview with British Vogue in September 2024, saying:

"I have to remind my friends who don’t have kids all the time, who are like: ‘Let’s do this in the morning!’, that I have children. Letting go of your selfishness and your freedom at a very young age... I don’t think we realize how selfish we are as human beings until we have children. But, you know, that is also the biggest pro.”

She added that she wants to do the best for her daughter and also expressed gratitude for the support she had when she had her kids.
