Already locked into the No. 3 seed in the Eastern Conference playoff bracket and thus little to play for, the New York Knicks have ruled out multiple starters for their season finale against the Charlotte Hornets

It will be the fourth meeting of the season between the two teams. The Knicks won the first two games, but the Hornets won the most recent matchup in March.

Jalen Brunson, Karl-Anthony Towns among Knicks starters ruled out vs. Hornets

The Knicks will be without Jalen Brunson (right ankle injury management), Karl-Anthony Towns (right elbow injury management), Josh Hart (right ankle injury management), Mitchell Robinson (left ankle injury management), Tyler Kolek (right oblique strain) and OG Anunoby (left ankle sprain) for the game against Charlotte.

The Knicks will be looking to get all of those gets as healthy and fresh as possible for the start of postseason play next weekend. As the No. 3 seed in the East, the Knicks will have homecourt advantage in the first round against the sixth seed, which is still up for grabs.

Meanwhile, the Hornets are headed for the Play-In Tournament, where they'll have an opportunity to secure a spot in the postseason.
