Jalen Brunson left the New York Knicks scared for his health after they suspected that he may have suffered a groin, hamstring, or knee injury in Tuesday's loss to the Milwaukee Bucks. En route to his 36-point night, Brunson hit the floor twice, clutching at different parts of his lower body.

The first instance occurred after he attempted to break out in transition from the Knicks' halfcourt, but couldn't grab the ball after getting tangled up with Ryan Rollins. Brunson hit the hardwood with his legs stretched and grabbed his groin area.

The second instance occurred when he attempted to get past Giannis Antetokounmpo to attack downhill in isolation, but lost the ball and his left leg slipped. Brunson squatted awkwardly on his right leg, seemingly suffering a blow to the knee, which he grabbed first before holding his hamstring.

Having suffered multiple injury blows already with Josh Hart, Mitchell Robinson and Karl-Anthony Towns, the Knicks fans were heavily concerned with captain Jalen Brunson potentially dealing with these blows. Here's how they reacted:

Jalen Brunson and Knicks fail to close out Giannis Antetokounmpo's Bucks in the clutch

Fortunately for the Knicks, Jalen Brunson may have dodged potential injury concerns after initial fears. However, his return to the court despite those blows didn't yield the desired result.

New York failed to hold on to its first-half dominance, which saw it take a game-high 14-point lead with a minute left in the second quarter. The Knicks still had a sizeable 12-point lead entering the locker room at the break.

The Bucks came out swinging and the Knicks didn't match the intensity they had to set the tone before halftime. New York got outscored by 15 in the third, and the momentum never shifted in its favor.

Still, the Knicks had a chance after retaining the lead with 7:15 left. However, the Bucks went on a 13-5 run to make it a nine-point game with 2:14 left.

The deficit was too large for the Knicks, even with Jalen Brunson having an explosive night. The Knicks dropped to 2-2 and 0-2 on the road following the loss.
