Former AC Milan striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic posted a picture of a friendly arm-wrestle with retired MMA legend Khabib Nurmagomedov and AS Monaco attacker Paul Pogba.

In a private gathering in Europe earlier this month, Ibrahimovic met Khabib and Pogba along with his sons, Maximilian Ibrahimovic and Vincent Ibrahimovic. Khabib shared a photo of himself posing with Zlatan and his two sons, Maximilian and Vincent, on Instagram, along with a friendly arm-wrestle with the former striker.

Zlatan also posted a picture of his arm-wrestle with Khabib, with Pogba watching on, and captioned it:

"The Good, the Bad and the Ugly."

Khabib cheekily responded:

"I'm not ugly."

Khabib retired with a perfect 29-0 record in UFC, including three successful title defences, while Ibrahimovic is now an Operating Partner for AC Milan owners RedBird Capital.

Pogba, meanwhile, returned to action this summer after serving an 18-month doping violation, joining Monaco on a free transfer after his previous contract with Juventus was cancelled.

The 32-year-old - who scored in France's 4-2 win over Croatia in the 2018 FIFA World Cup final in Moscow - has made three appearances for Monaco this term. All of them have come in Ligue 1 - off the bench - with Sebastien Pocognoli's side winning one and losing twice, logging in a combined 30 minutes of action, registering no goal contribution.

Paul Pogba and Zlatan Ibrahimovic were teammates at Manchester United. The duo played 46 games together (with both players being on the field at the same time), registering five joint goal contributions, with Ibra scoring all five.

Remarkably, United went unbeaten in all five games where Pogba assisted Zlatan. The first such occasion was a 1-1 home draw with West Ham United in the 2016-17 Premier League season, with Zlatan's 21st-minute equaliser being assisted by the Frenchman.

Their next four joint goal contibutions came in wins - one in the UEFA Europa League, two in the Premier League and one in the FA Cup (2-1 fifth-round win at Blackburn Rovers).
