It is one of the items that you may come across randomly during one of the Topside raids. However, it is best to know where you could have a higher chance of finding it if it suddenly becomes a crucial part for quests.

These locations are only some of the POIs that you can find on each map. Exploring the regions while participating in a raid is a great way to find new loot. All you need to do is make sure that you check all the corners and loot boxes. This item cannot be found in any of the Vendor markets, making it only available on the Topside. You will also need to extract safely to bring the item back to your base with you.
