WWE star Kevin Owens shared a major tease ahead of tonight's episode of RAW. This week's edition of the red brand will air live from the Kia Center in Orlando, Florida.
Owens has not been in action since his victory over Sami Zayn in an Unsanctioned match at Elimination Chamber 2025. The Prizefighter went down with a neck injury following the match and had to pull out of his match at WrestleMania.
The veteran took to social media ahead of tonight's episode of WWE RAW to share a cryptic update. He shared a picture of a black T-shirt, and you can check it out in his post below.
WWE Hall of Famer Kevin Nash took a shot at CM Punk for wrestling last week's main event in a T-shirt and claimed that he should retire. Owens always performs in a shirt, and his post today may also be a response to that.
Kevin Owens was scheduled to battle Randy Orton at WrestleMania 41 but had to drop out of the match due to his neck injury. Joe Hendry replaced Owens at The Show of Shows and lost to Randy Orton in a quick match. Hendry has signed a deal with the company and defeated The Miz this past Friday night on SmackDown.
Kevin Owens comments on WWE return
WWE star Kevin Owens recently opened up about his neck injury and when he was hoping to return to the ring.
Speaking with Scott Sprinkle, Owens noted that he underwent neck fusion surgery, but there was no guarantee it was going to work. The former champion added that he was hoping to return to action in 2026.
"I did get a neck fusion. It was very stressful going into it because we're not really sure how severe the fusion was gonna be and how many levels and all that stuff. Thankfully, it ended up being only one level, which was the best case scenario. Surgery was successful, and my doctor says we have to see how the bones fuse, and there's no guarantee that it's gonna work. It's how my body heals. Some guys were successful. Only time will tell when Kevin Owens will be able to return to the ring following his neck surgery.
