When the Seattle Seahawks finally turn the page to the offseason, they'll have a big decision to make on running back Kenneth Walker.
That's because the former second-round pick is a pending free agent after spending all four of his NFL seasons with the Seattle Seahawks.
Here's a look at who much Walker is expected to make in free agency.
Kenneth Walker contract projection
According to Spotrac, Walker is estimated to land a four-year, $33.5 million deal in free agency, which is realistic for a few reasons.
For starters, Walker will be one of the best running backs available in free agency and should draw plenty of interest. Also, Walker has only helped his contract demands with a big showing in the playoffs.
What will hurt Walker is the fact that he isn't the most complete back. He's OK as a pass-catcher and struggles in pass protection, so he won't be getting top-of-the-market money.
The good news for the Seahawks is they are loaded with cap space this offseason, so they'll have no issue re-signing Walker if that's the route they want to go.
