Keke Palmer is bringing her fitness routine into focus with a new Fabletics collaboration, and at its center is one consistent habit: Pilates.

The 33-year-old entertainer recently introduced her Fabletics collection while opening up about how her approach to fitness has evolved—especially after becoming a mother. Instead of chasing aesthetics, Palmer now treats movement as part of her daily routine. “It became less about attaching working out to looking good and more so attaching it to a ritual to stay inside myself,” she said in an interview with TODAY.

That mindset carries into her partnership with Fabletics, where Palmer serves as the brand’s newest ambassador. The collection features 17 pieces designed to balance performance and style, including jumpsuits, jackets, and matching sets built with compression-focused fabric. Palmer emphasized versatility and comfort, noting that her workouts—particularly Pilates—require pieces that move with her. “When I’m doing my Pilates classes… I want something that’s very cute,” she said.

Pilates has become a daily staple. Palmer typically starts her mornings early, heading to class as part of a structured routine. She described the workout as a blend of familiar yoga elements with added intensity. “It leans into what I love about yoga while adding a little bit more athleticism,” she explained. Even outside the studio, she continues practicing on her own and is currently working toward certification as an instructor.

Beyond Pilates, Palmer keeps her fitness routine accessible and sustainable. Walking plays a major role, with a goal of hitting 10,000 steps per day. “I’m not that person that’s going to be running. I’m going to be walking,” she said. She also highlighted the importance of recovery and rest, noting that downtime is often overlooked in overall wellness.

Her philosophy centers on consistency rather than perfection. “Discipline is really just practice,” Palmer said, emphasizing that building habits over time has been key to maintaining her routine.

Nutrition is another part of the equation. Palmer starts her day with protein and healthy fats—often eggs and avocado—and leans toward a pescatarian diet. She prepares meals in advance and incorporates foods like lentils and sweet potatoes into her weekly rotation. For snacks, she prefers savory options, including popcorn.

Palmer has also been open about managing polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), combining lifestyle choices with medical care. “Sometimes you do need help,” she said, encouraging others to stay proactive about their health.
