Kai Trump shares Rory McIlroy launching a New Year’s Day swing at Trump National Jupiter

Kai Trump started her new year on the golf course. She had shared a few pictures and videos on her Instagram account on Thursday, celebrating the New Year with World No. 2 golfer Rory McIlroy. The duo played a few shots at the Trump National Jupiter.

Trump shared a picture of her posing alongside the Northern Irish golfer and wrote a sweet caption.

"Best way to start the year," she wrote.

For her outing, Kai Trump wore a white T-shirt layered with a black jacket. Meanwhile, McIlroy opted for a white hoodie and cream pants. She also shared a video of Rory McIlroy’s swing in another story.

McIlroy has been enjoying a break, away from the greens these days. He has had a fantastic time on the greens in 2025 and is looking forward to the 2026 season. He last played at the Crown Australian Open, carding rounds of 72, 68, 68, and 69 to finish in a tie for 14th position.

Meanwhile, on the PGA Tour, he won the Masters and also clinched the title at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am and The Players Championship. On the DP World Tour, he won the Amgen Irish Open. He started the last season on the DP World Tour at the Hero Dubai Desert Classic with a solid T4 position.

Earlier this month, Kai Trump spent some quality time watching Jake Paul’s fight. She uploaded a vlog of her meeting with the YouTuber-turned-boxer earlier this week.

Kai Trump shares a heartfelt post on a recap of 2025

2025 has been special for Kai Trump. She made the headlines throughout the season. She made her LPGA Tour debut at The Annika on a sponsor’s invite.

Trump shared a recap of her 2025 season on her Instagram account on Wednesday. She shared a slew of pictures along with a heartfelt caption.

"2025 was such a big year. From my grandpa becoming president, to starting my senior year of high school, making my LPGA debut, and going all in on YouTube — it’s been a year I’ll always remember. So grateful for everyone who’s been part of the journey," she wrote.

She also reflected on her excitement for the new year. She added:

"Tomorrow my end-of-year recap will be live on YouTube, so if you’re not already subscribed, make sure you are. Excited for everything ahead in 2026"

Kai Trump has around 1.4 million subscribers on her YouTube channel. She is known for sharing golf-related content and also about her day-to-day life.

She is the elder daughter of Donald Trump Jr. and his ex-wife Vanessa Trump, who is currently dating golf legend Tiger Woods.
