Controversy around her relationship with Bill Belichick may have sidelined Jordon Hudson’s chances of making it to the Super Bowl of pageants, according to sources.
The 24-year-old had no chance at winning the Miss Maine pageant — which feeds into the Miss USA contest — this past weekend due to the drama around her beau’s disastrous CBS interview, sources exclusively told Page Six.
“I don’t care how pretty she is or how well she did in the interview [portion], what she’s doing out there in the public speaks way more to me than anything else and … at this very moment I don’t think she would be a great representative,” one pageant insider said of Hudson.
“There’s too much drama and negativity behind who she’s dating and what she’s doing to ever consider her as a title holder [or] Miss USA [material] — not a chance, not a chance, not a chance,” the insider said.
“If Jordon doesn’t win it’ll only be because of everything that’s going on,” a second source who is close to the pageant predicted before the winner was announced.
Hudson was accompanied by former Patriots coach Belichick, 73, and a bodyguard all weekend while she competed for the crown a second time in the beauty pageant held at the Holiday Inn By the Bay in Portland, Maine.
Belichick was pictured with Hudson’s father, Heath Hudson, 52, Sunday afternoon at the pageant.
Hudson, who was representing the small town of Hancock, placed third in the pageant this year — a notch below her title of runner-up in 2024. The loss ruined her chances of competing in the Miss USA competition; instead new Miss Maine USA Shelby Powell of Bangor will represent the state in the national event.
Page Six has reached out to Hudson and the organization behind the Miss Maine pageant.
It’s been a dramatic few weeks for Hudson, after she interrupted Belichick’s “CBS Sunday Morning” interview, which aired April 27, to shut down a question about how they met.
Hudson had pondered dropping out of competition after the backlash over CBS, the second source told The Post.
“All the girls were so worried about her, they’re all friends and she’s been so quiet all week,” the second source said. “It’s not like her to not post on social media or be out of touch with everyone for that long.”
Hudson was noticeably missing from a pre-recorded Mother’s Day video tribute contestants shown Sunday and featuring contestants sharing sweet sentiments about their moms in Sunday’s competition.
During the Q&A portion of Sunday’s competition, she seemed to speak to all the negative attention that’s come her way.
“I hope anyone watching finds the strength to push through whatever they’re going through,” she said. “Hate never wins.”
Hudson smiled through her disappointment Sunday following the pageant and was quick to say “thank you” to well wishers. When Page Six approached the brunette beauty after the competition, her bodyguard said, “We’re not going to take questions today.”
Following the event, UNC coach Belichick escorted Hudson — still wearing her purple evening gown and waving for the camera — to a 2025 Mercedes Benz GLE 580 with a starting price tag of $89,000.
Sports Illustrated reported Monday that UNC is close to hiring former Chicago Bears PR chief Brandon Faber to help steer the school through the narrative surrounding Belichick’s romance as Hudson has taken on more and more of his communications.
The second source told Page Six: “She’s very headstrong. She’s a tough cookie but a lot of people are angry because of the whole Bill situation.”
