"Jordan Love is the Tom Brady of Bryce Young's": NFL analyst takes mean shot at Packers QB after Malik Willis shines with 3 TD game vs. Ravens

Jordan Love missed the Packers' Week 17 game against the Baltimore Ravens. He was benched after the quarterback failed concussion protocol following the big hit he took during last week's overtime loss to the Chicago Bears.

Backup Malik Willis took over as his replacement. However, despite losing 41-24 against the Ravens at home, his performance impressed a lot of people who praised him after the game. Willis completed 18 of 21 passes for 288 yards and three total touchdowns in his debut as the Packers' QB1.

After the game, NFL analyst Kieran took a shot at Jordan Love. During Saturday's episode of the "SpeakEasy," he made an interesting comparison that involved seven-time Super Bowl champion Tom Brady and Panthers quarterback Bryce Young.

"I think Jordan Love is the Tom Brady of Bryce Young's," Kieran said. "Now what do I mean by that? Bryce Young has made his mark this season by being the most inconsistent quarterback in the entire NFL. Jordan Love is doing inconsistency at a higher level thank Bryce Young did. His floor is a whole lot higher. But at the same time, he goes out there, three touchdowns agains the Cowboys, goes out there, balls, four touchdowns against the Lions, ... balls, and then against the Browns, you play like trash.

"You have other games that you just did not play well in and that y'all ended up losing. ... But against some teams, ... one week, you're one quarterback that's amazing. The next week, you're just a quarterback that's just out of your mind bad."

This season, Love has tallied 3,381 yards and 23 TDs passing in 15 appearances. The Packers have already qualified for the playoffs despite Saturday's loss to the Ravens.

Packers coach Matt LaFleur provides an update on Jordan Love's injury

The Packers face the Minnesota Vikings in their final regular-season game of the year before heading to the playoffs. Following Malik Willis' Week 17 performance, there is an air of uncertainty in the quarterback department.

In the post-game press conference, coach Matt LaFleur provided an update on Love's return. He said that the team wants to make sure he clears concussion protocol before returning to the gridiron.

"LaFleur said Jordan Love didn't clear protocol. Wants to get him through protocol before making a decision on whether he plays in Minnesota with seeding already determined." Matt Schneidman tweeted.

The Packers vs Vikings game is scheduled to be played on Sunday, Jan. 4.
