Former New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick isn't being inducted into the Hall of Fame this year, and the response has been as you would expect.
Winning six Super Bowls as a head coach, for most, Bill should be a first-ballot Hall of Famer.
But it appears some of the voters didn't, with Spygate and Deflategate reportedly playing a role in the decision that some took to not cast their vote for Bill.
Well, Hall of Fame coach Jimmy Johnson was a guest on the Pat McAfee show and gave both barrels to those who didn't vote for Belichick to be a first-ballot Hall of Famer.
"I think this tarnishes everything in the Hall of Fame,” Johnson said. “Just because of 10-12 ignorant, jealous, a-holes who didn't vote for him.”

Belichick will get in, won't he?
Absolutely, and he should have gotten in this year.
So, what will forcing Bill to wait a year really do?
The only thing it has done is shine a bright light on those who didn't want the spotlight to be on them during the voting process. It will also likely see a change in the process of how votes are done, and if the process will still remain anonymous.
It is a messy situation, and the backlash has been fierce, and I get the sense it won't be the end of it, either.
