Dart had to leave Sunday's game against the Bears to be evaluated for a concussion, as veteran Russell Wilson came in to replace him. It's unclear exactly when the injury occurred, although it may have happened on a running play, as Dart fumbled the ball while being taken to the ground.

On the next drive, Wilson came out on the field with the offense, while Dart was seen walking gingerly to the locker room. Fox's Pam Oliver reported that Dart was being evaluated by the medical staff for a concussion.
