Jason Sudeikis Enjoys Family Night Out With His, Olivia Wilde's Kids at WNBA Game
Jason Sudeikis has got nothing to hide about his love life.
The Ted Lasso star confirmed that he is indeed single almost six years after his split from Olivia Wilde, with whom he shares children Otis, 12, and Daisy, 9. And while he admitted being single has its ups and downs, he’s not interested in rushing into a new relationship.
“I’m not at a point in my life where it feels good or fulfilling to date numerous people all at once,” Jason explained on the June 2 episode of the Friends Keep Secrets podcast. “That feels daunting and overwhelming.”
And much of that comes from being a parent, as his kids are always going to be his main priority.
“Anybody I'm dating, they're never number one on the call sheet, as the showbiz saying would go,” the 50-year-old said. “The kids are.”
“Even probably more so than myself,” he added. “Then there's that little bit as you get older where you're like, ‘Oh god, I got to make sure my cup's full in order for other people to get the overflow.’”
As for how he feels about the potential for more kids in his life? He’s definitely not ruling out having another baby, especially if he “fell in love” again.
The Saturday Night Live alum’s revelations come almost six years after he and Olivia called off their seven-year engagement in November 2020.
And as Jason previously noted of their split, he hoped that he would be able to make more sense of it as the years went by.

"I'll have a better understanding of why in a year," he GQ in 2021, "and an even better one in two, and an even greater one in five, and it'll go from being, you know, a book of my life to becoming a chapter to a paragraph to a line to a word to a doodle."
"That's an experience that you either learn from or make excuses about," he explained. "You take some responsibility for it, hold yourself accountable for what you do, but then also endeavor to learn something beyond the obvious from it."
Following his split from Olivia, Jason went on to date Ted Lasso costar Keeley Hazell from 2021 to 2022 and was also rumored to be romancing Elsie Hewitt in 2024.
