When Courtney Williams is going well, she's hard to stop.
It's not because the Minnesota Lynx guard is particularly big or strong or fast. She's just smooth and steady and figures out a way to get the job done.
That's what happened on Monday night, when Williams dropped 30 points in a dominant win over the Phoenix Mercury.
Williams made 13-of-20 shots (including 12 of her first 15).
She scored in a variety ways, and by the end of the night, it was clear the story of this Lynx blowout would be Williams.

Those 29 minutes were more than enough for Williams to also set a franchise record.
All-time great Maya Moore held the previous record for minutes it took a Minnesota player to score 30 points.
According to Real Sports, Williams broke it on Thursday, needing just 29 minutes.

Definitely a great day at the office for Williams.
