Jacob Fatu to return to WWE with his debuting brother and form a new team? Exploring the possibility

Jacob Fatu may not return to WWE alone. The Samoan Werewolf has been out of action since the October 17 episode of SmackDown, where he was mysteriously attacked backstage before his match against Drew McIntyre.

Fatu was reportedly written off television due to a real-life injury. He was preparing to enter the Undisputed WWE Championship picture before being sidelined. That said, The Samoan Werewolf may return with vengeance and bring Zilla Fatu with him.

The identity of Jacob's attacker is still unknown. The blame initially fell on Drew McIntyre, who has denied any involvement. The storyline will likely progress when The Samoan Werewolf makes his return, and he may receive help from his cousin, Zilla.

The 26-year-old could make his WWE debut and join Jacob Fatu to form a dominant team. Zilla recently crossed paths with NXT's Ricky Saints, who cost the young star his match at Reality of Wrestling. The real-life Bloodline member has teased making an appearance on the black and silver brand to exact revenge on The Absolute.

Zilla could debut in NXT and target Saints before coming over to SmackDown and joining Jacob Fatu. The Samoan duo could wreak havoc on the blue brand, starting with taking out Jacob's mystery attacker. That said, this scenario is only based on speculation, and nothing has been confirmed as of now.

Jacob Fatu could continue his Undisputed WWE Championship pursuit upon returning

Jacob Fatu had set his sights on the Undisputed WWE Championship before being sidelined. He was reportedly set to face Cody Rhodes, but the unfortunate injury derailed those plans.

That said, Fatu could resume his gold pursuit after returning. The American Nightmare is currently feuding with Drew McIntyre, and once that reaches its conclusion, he could use a credible challenger like The Samoan Werewolf.

If The Scotsman dethrones Rhodes as Undisputed WWE Champion, Fatu could continue his rivalry with McIntyre upon returning and challenge him for the title.

That said, nothing has been confirmed as of now. It remains to be seen how and when The Samoan Werewolf makes his return.
