On Monday, November 10, several posts regarding BTS' Taehyung's massive billboards and campaign posters for TIRTIR landed on the internet. Additionally, both the flagship stores of TIRTIR in South Korea, Seongsu and Hongdae, Seoul, held large banners across the building. This was noted soon after the announcement of Taehyung as TIRTIR's first-ever global brand ambassador.
The announcement was made on November 3, and many fans and netizens have been celebrating the idol's yet another brand ambassadorship. Additionally, with the idol's recent domination through TIRTIR's billboards and banners across South Korea, fans have been all the more thrilled about the idol's undying impact and influence in the country.
Also, given that the idol holds several other partnerships that are currently campaigning with Taehyung, such as Coca-Cola Korea, Compose Coffee, etc., fans have been impressed with the idol's face recurring across South Korea, through his representation for a variety of brands. All you need to know about BTS's Taehyung and his recent solo activities
BTS' V, otherwise known as Kim Tae-hyung, made his solo debut with the release of his first studio album, LayoVer, in September 2023. The album held the song, Slow Dancing, as its title track. Soon after the same, the idol enlisted in the military to complete his mandatory military service.
The idol served as a Sergeant under the Special Duty Team, an elite counterterrorism unit. Regardless of his enlistment, the idol released three pre-recorded solo singles in 2024. In March, he released FRI(END)S, which was followed by two winter singles in December called Winter Ahead with Park Hyo-shin and White Christmas with Bing Crosby.
He was discharged from the military in June 2025, and following the same, the idol has not released or many any announcements regarding new solo music. However, the idol has made several public appearances since his discharge. In July, he attended the CELINE Printemps runway in Paris. He also took the cover as CELINE's ambassador for W Korea's September issue.
Around October, the idol was spotted at the 2025 Paris Fashion Week as CELINE's ambassador. He was present to watch the brand's Spring/Summer 2026 collection fashion show. The idol also attended W Korea's annual breast cancer awareness program, Love Your W 2025, alongside BTS's RM and j-hope. Most recently, he was seated in the front row of Vogue World 2025: Hollywood fashion runway.
Therefore, fans and netizens have been looking forward to more such appearances and solo releases from BTS's Taehyung. On the other hand, all the BTS members are also reported to be currently preparing their next group album, which is expected to be released in Spring 2026. A follow-up tour after the album release was also hinted at by the members.
