A fumble notwithstanding, Chicago Bears wide receiver Luther Burden had a solid 2026 debut in Week 1.
Burden reeled in a handful of catches and finished second on the team in receptions and receiving yards.
However, Burden is off to a quiet start in the Week 2 game against the Minnesota Vikings.
Here's a closer look at what's going on.
Is Luther Burden playing today?
Yes, Burden is in the lineup today and has been getting snaps, but he hasn't been targeted through a few drives.
Caleb Williams did try to get him the football on one play, but the pass wasn't close and Williams got picked.
Chicago's passing attack is off to a rough start all together, so that has obviously impacted Burden.
