Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Chris Godwin hasn't played in a game since early October. He's missed five straight games, but that streak is about to come to an end.
When the Bucs take the field against the Rams in Los Angeles on Sunday night, Godwin is expected to be available to play. Godwin has caught just six passes for 52 yards on the season. He'll look to improve upon those numbers against the Rams.

Injury issues have been a problem for Godwin as of late. He was limited to just seven games last season after suffering an ankle injury against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 7. The previous season he played in all 17 games for Tampa Bay and caught 83 passes for 1,024 yards.
Godwin's return is obviously good news for the Bucs, who are in the midst of a tight battle for playoff positioning in the NFC. Tampa Bay will try to avoid losing a third consecutive loss on Sunday night after dropping two straight games to the Buffalo Bills and New England Patriots.
