Dunne's NYC condo is over 1,100 square feet, a rare, lavish living area for a Manhattan apartment. The luxurious condo comes with custom millwork, high ceilings, and a sleek gourmet kitchen outfitted with a Sub-Zero refrigerator, a Wolf range, and granite countertops.

The bedroom consists of two closets. There's also an en-suite bathroom featuring Spanish travertine walls, brass hardware, and sculptural fixtures.

Dunne's building has several amenities, including a 24-hour doorman, a landscaped roof deck, and a fitness center.

As for the details of the purchase are concerned, the brokers of this purchase were McKenzie Ryan, Douglas Elliman and Miryam Tesfaegzi.

Paul Skenes' Olivia Dunne's NYC apartment hunt previously met with co-op rejection

Before purchasing the $1.95 million condo, Olivia Dunne was interested in Babe Ruth’s former Upper West Side apartment at 345 West 88th Street. She also released a video on TikTok sharing a glimpse of her potential new home before the sale didn't go through.

Dunne faced rejection from the building's board, as she couldn't complete the purchase. According to Whiskey Riff, the reason for the denial had something to do with Dunne's social media popularity.

“So, a few months ago, I decided I was going to make my first real estate purchase and buy an apartment in New York City. But the gag was… It was Babe Ruth’s apartment,” Dunne said. “It got to the point where the realtor was so confident. Paul and I went and got an interior designer because I didn’t want to bring my college furniture to Babe Ruth’s apartment. That would be like criminal. Then the week that I’m supposed to get my brand new keys to my apartment, I get a call, the co-op board denied me.”

The former Babe Ruth apartment would have cost Dunne $1.59 million. But now it seems she has found a new home in one of the world's costliest cities.
