Laura Mellado is sharing an unimaginable loss.
The influencer and her husband Victor Hallman announced the death of their rainbow baby girl during Mellado’s final month of pregnancy. The new comes just over a year after Mellado experienced a miscarriage in May 2025.
“Our baby girl was born into the arms of our Father,” the couple wrote in a joint Instagram post June 7, alongside a black and white photo of them holding their daughter in a hospital bed. “Although we will never understand his plans we are thankful that he gives us strength and peace during these hard times.”
“Our baby girl made such an impact in such a small short amount of time & I’m so happy that we got to celebrate every moment with her,” the TikToker and her husband added. “Thank you to our friends and family that have helped us during these times, the wonderful medical staff that let us hold her, dance with her & have her as long as we wanted, thank you those moments will be treasured forever.”
Mellado and Hallman also included a touching message to their daughter, writing that they and their three sons—Elliot, 10, Oakley, 5, and Luciano, 2—“love you so so much & we can’t wait to see you again baby girl.”
“I just know you made heaven that much sweeter then it already is,” they said. “These last couple days have shaped us in ways that we would never imagine, we see her everywhere & we’re so thankful for the signs she continues to send us.”

The couple ended their message with a quote about grief.
“Grief has a way of softening you," the quote read, "it teaches you to slow down to be where your feet are, to savor the little moments you once rushed past , to open your heart wider cause now you understand how sacred and fragile life really is. And somehow even through the ache LOVE remains, Forever together just in a different way now.”
Mellado and Hallman also added a Bible verse, noting in the last line of their caption, “God we trust your plans.”
The content creators—who married in 2023—first shared the news of her pregnancy in January. As they wrote on Instagram at the time, “Our rainbow baby. Thank You God for letting me carry another one of your precious gifts. We are so grateful to be here. See you so soon, sweet baby. June 2026.”

They later posted a gender reveal, saying how excited they were to welcome a baby girl after three sons.
Throughout her time in the spotlight, Mellado has rarely shied away from sharing the more difficult moments of her life, including her May 2025 miscarriage at around 14 weeks, which she discussed in an August TikTok.
“I recently started telling people, but it's so hard,” Mellado admitted. “I feel like a lot of people don't talk about it. So every time someone asks me how many kids I have I say four, because there's one watching us for sure.”
