Thankfully, Colton Herta appears to be OK.
But for a few moments, IndyCar fans feared greatly for the driver's well-being after a scary crash during qualifying Saturday for the Indianapolis 500.
Herta's vehicle got loose coming out of a turn and smashed into the outside wall. It then flipped around before rotating so the wheels faced skyward.
The car then skidded along the wall with the top of the vehicle jammed against the right rail.
