Loreal and Steve Sarkisian were in attendance for Nick Saban's College Football Hall of Fame induction on Tuesday. The celebrity stylist brought red carpet energy to the occasion.

Loreal Sarkisian posted a picture of herself, Steve, Nick Saban, and Ms. Terry on her official Instagram page. She captioned it,

"Legendary Nights ✨. Such an incredible night in Las Vegas, celebrating the College Football Hall of Fame induction ceremony. Honoring Coach Saban and watching Texas’ own @huffy247 shine on stage felt like a full-circle moment. And congrats to @mikevick on his induction and HBCU coaching journey. Proud of this community. Proud of this legacy. XOLO 🤍"

Nick Saban and Steve Sarkisian share a mentor-mentee relationship. In 2022, Sarkisian said that Saban saved his career. Speaking to ESPN, he said,

"I've said this numerous times, but I wouldn’t be the head coach at Texas if it were not for Nick Saban. He gave me a chance when I had a tough time getting an interview, never mind a job. There were days when I thought, 'Man, I am never going to be a head coach again. I am never going to be an offensive coordinator again. I am never going to get another job." "But Coach Saban took a chance on me when I needed somebody to believe in me again."

Sarkisian enjoyed two stints with the Alabama Crimson Tide and worked with Nick Saban on offense. He was the program's offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach when the Texas Longhorns came calling in 2021, and he still holds that job to this day.

Steve Sarkisian guided the Longhorns to consecutive College Football semifinal berths before missing out on the playoffs this season. The Longhorns were just out of the picture after suffering three losses in the regular season.

However, the season isn't over as Sarkisian and Co. have a Citrus Bowl game against Michigan to prepare for. Their opponents posted a 9-3 regular-season record and will present a unique challenge on December 31, 2025.

Sarkisian is already hard at work to ensure his team gets the chance to compete in the 2026 season. According to Yahoo Sports, running backs coach Chad Scott has been fired. The move occurred two days after the Longhorns missed the College Football Playoff cut.

The Longhorns' rushing attack left a lot to be desired, and letting go of Scott was the inevitable result. Steps will now be taken to hire a new running backs coach and improve the department.
