Real Madrid star Endrick sent a hilarious message to teammate Raul Asencio after the two tussled in training. The defender had shared a photo of them battling for the ball, and the Brazilian has now reposted it with a cheeky message.
Taking to social media, Endrick has mocked Asencio for holding his shirt while chasing the ball.
The forward joked about it and posted:
"I'll give you my shirt tomorrow bro."Endirck has struggled to get minutes at Real Madrid this season, playing just 11 in all competitions. He came off the bench in the 4-0 win over Valencia on Sunday, November 2, and it was his first appearance of the season despite being fit since the middle of September.
The Brazilian has been on the bench since matchday five, but manager Xabi Alonso has opted against using him in matches. He spoke about the youngster's situation at the club and told TNT Sports Brasil in October (via GOAL):
"It's clear everyone wants to play. And a young player even more so. Given the context, we want to compete right now, and it's difficult depending on the match. He has to be patient, be prepared, and know that he's at Real Madrid. His time will come."Reports suggest Endrick is in talks over a loan move in January, with French side Lyon leading the chase. Premier League sides Aston Villa and West Ham United have also been linked with a move for the Real Madrid star.
Real Madrid legend advised Endrick to leave on loan
Real Madrid legend Fernando Morientes urged Endrick to leave the club on loan in the summer. He predicted that the Brazilian would struggle for minutes as he was battling Kylian Mbappe and Vinicius Jr and told Casino Hawks (via GOAL):
"In the case of Endrick and all the young players coming in, I think he's had the opportunity to be in the first team, but has only gotten a few minutes, like Arda Guler. If I were one of those players, I wouldn't mind going out on loan for a year, showing that I'm a great striker, developing in any competition, in the Premier League, in La Liga, in any important team."The former striker wants the youngster to follow the path of Dani Carvajal and added:
"I think it's good to continue developing your talent elsewhere. Look at Dani Carvajal, Carvajal didn't have a place at Real Madrid. He went to Germany. He was the best player on his team. He had two fantastic seasons. He returned with a higher status and as a starter, without any problems. In the case of Endrick, who almost has a closed door to that starting role, I wouldn't mind him going on loan so he could develop his full potential."Endrick was dealing with a thigh issue at the start of the season and missed four matches for the club. He was also forced to sit out the latter stages of the 2024/25 season, including the FIFA Club World Cup, due to a hamstring injury.
