The longtime Florida home of Hulk Hogan is heading to market for just under $11 million, six months after the wrestling legend died at the property following a heart attack.

The oceanfront mansion is slated to be listed for $10.989 million by Martha Thorn of the Thorn Collection, in partnership with Coldwell Banker Realty.

Thorn, a close friend of Hogan’s, is handling the sale of the Gulf Coast estate, which the Hall of Fame wrestler owned since 2012.

The roughly 5,400-square-foot residence sits directly on the sand in Clearwater Beach, 25 miles west of Tampa, and offers expansive views of the Gulf.

The home includes five bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms and was designed with high-end finishes throughout.

The primary suite alone spans approximately 1,000 square feet and features a sitting area, a Gulf-facing terrace, a morning bar, a spa-style bathroom, and an oversized walk-in closet.

Interior details include teak, marble, and natural stone flooring, a designer kitchen, a gas fireplace, and a private elevator connecting multiple levels of the home.

The property also includes about 1,500 square feet of covered outdoor living space, along with a heated pool and spa overlooking the beach.

The listing comes months after Hogan died on July 24, 2025, at the age of 71.

Emergency responders were called to the home after reports of a medical emergency. The famed wrestler was transported for treatment but was later pronounced dead.

His cause of death, released later, showed he suffered a heart attack.

His death triggered an outpouring of tributes from fellow wrestlers, celebrities, and fans, many of whom credited him with transforming professional wrestling into a mainstream entertainment juggernaut during the 1980s and 1990s.

Hogan, born Terry Bollea, was one of the most recognizable figures in sports entertainment history, headlining multiple WrestleMania events and becoming the face of the WWE during its commercial boom years. His influence extended beyond the ring through film roles, television appearances, and endorsement deals.
