How to defeat the Reactor Husk in Wuthering Waves: Boss location, rewards, and more

The Reactor Husk in Wuthering Waves is a new overworld boss enemy you can find in the Lahai-Roi region. Besides farming it for materials using your Waveplates, you can also fight it in various challenges that you can find spread across the vast landscapes of Lahai-Roi.

Location of the Reactor Husk in Wuthering Waves

The Reactor Husk can be found to the southeast of the Spacectrek Collective. It lies on the opposite side of where you can find Hyvatia, the boss you will need to farm to upgrade Lynae in Wuthering Waves. There are no Waypoints nearby, so you will have to travel on the road to reach the boss.

You can take the Stricken Sanctum domain and travel through the road to reach the Exospine Barrows, where you will have to fight the Reactor Husk.

How to defeat the Reactor Husk in Wuthering Waves

Similar to Hyvatia in Wuthering Waves, you will need to use the new Tunability Mechanics to defeat the Reactor Husk.

• Reactor Husk Combo: A set of slashes that you can dodge or jump to avoid. It will be followed by the Reactor Husk jumping and slamming its fist on the ground, triggering an AoE explosion.
• When you put the Reactor Husk in an Off-Tune state, make sure to land a few hits in before you trigger the Tune Break attack. It will be extremely vulnerable during this stage.
• The Reactor Husk has a pounce attack. You can easily see it as the boss will jump back before pouncing on you. Dodge this attack to avoid damage.
• The Reactor Husk will at times run to the other side of the arena. It will unleash a special ranged attack called Cinder Cut. You can deflect this attack back at the boss to deal damage to it.

Best teams

The Reactor Husk can resist Fusion Damage. To defeat it easily, do not bring any characters with that attribute. Here are a few team choices for you:

• Lynae, Iuno, Shorekeeper
• Calcharo, Lynae, Shorekeeper
• Cartethyia, Chisa, Ciaccona
• Augusta, Iuno, Lynae

The Burning Judgement will likely be a material that you will need to ascend Mornye in Wuthering Waves.
