Nakatani (31-0), aptly nicknamed 'Big Bang', is known for his finishing ability. The 27-year-old is currently on a five-fight stoppage streak, most recently earning a sixth-round retirement win over the then-unbeaten Ryosuke Nishida. He is also a former WBO flyweight champion.
Hernandez (20-0) possesses an equally fan-friendly style. He holds 18 knockouts on his resume and most recently scored a unanimous decision win over the hard-hitting Azat Hovhannisyan.
According to OddsChecker, Nakatani is a -1500 favorite for the fight, with Hernandez as a +1000 underdog. The broadcast will commence at 4 AM ET / 1 AM PT, with the co-main event ring walks expected around 6:30 AM ET / 3:30 AM PT.
