The Medical Merchandise quest in Arc Raiders is given to the players by Lance. To finish the quest, you need to go on separate runs to three different maps, including Buried City, Dam Battlegrounds, and Spaceport. The quest requires you to go to some specific buildings to search through some containers and return to Lance safely to receive your rewards.

This article will go over the Medical Merchandise quest in Arc Raiders and explain how you can complete it.

To get to the Medical Merchandise quest, you'll need to have finished the Greasing Her Palms quest first. Once the quest is available to you, you can go to the trader, Lance, and accept it.

Next, you can pick from any three of the maps listed in your quest guide, which are Spaceport, Dam Battlegrounds, and Buried City. You can start with any map you choose in Arc Raiders; the order does not matter.

Spaceport

In Spaceport, you need to go to the Departure Building's exam rooms. The building will likely have some Ticks, Pops, and possibly Fireballs guarding it from the inside.

Inside the exam rooms, you can simply begin looting through the various drawers and cabinets. Your objective is to search through any two containers in this building from this specific room. Once you do this, you can move on to your next objective of the Medical Merchandise quest in Arc Raiders.

Buried City

After finishing up in Spaceport, you can head to the Buried City, where your objective awaits in the Hospital. This medical building is located next to the Parking Garage, and you can enter it by climbing the scaffolding outside.

Once you're inside the Hospital, the job becomes simple. Search through any three containers inside the facility, and the second objective of the Medical Merchandise quest in Arc Raiders will be completed.

Dam Battlegrounds

Finally, the third objective will lead you to Dam Battlegrounds, where you must go to the Research & Administration building. This is yet another one of the high loot value areas where you may find many ARC enemies lying in wait. Be wary of Ticks and Pops inside this building.

To complete your objective quickly, head inside the building via the blue staircase located on the southeast side of the exterior. You may run into a Sentinel in this area, so remain alert at all times. Once you are inside the building from this entrance, head to the hallway on your right, open the door, and go towards your left until you reach the medical rooms.

Search through any two containers in this room, and your final objective of the Medical Merchandise quest in Arc Raiders will be finished.

Rewards for finishing the Medical Merchandise quest in Arc Raiders

After finishing all three objectives, raiders can return safely to Lance in Speranza, where he will reward you with the following for finishing the quest:

  • Banana Charm
  • Defibrillator x3
  • Vita Shot x2

This winds up your entire quest, and you can then go ahead and use the reward items via the inventory. It's recommended that you carry a Free Loadout during these quest runs so you don't lose anything of value if you die to an ARC enemy or to fellow players.

Furthermore, it's also not necessary to specifically go out on expeditions for this quest. Instead, it's better to just finish it during your regular runs, as it does not present very much of a challenge to the players.
