How Jordon Hudson built an $8 million real estate empire after meeting Bill Belichick

Bill Belichick's 24-year-old girlfriend, Jordon Hudson, has amassed quite the real estate portfolio ever since she met the UNC head football coach. 

The 24-year-old former Bridgewater State Cheerleader isn't doing too bad financially since she's amassed a New England real estate portfolio worth an estimated $8 million, according to the "New York Post." 

The outlet reported that the Miss Maine USA hopeful purchased three multi-family homes in the Boston Area in December 2023 for $7.5 million. 

Two months earlier, Belichick's girlfriend purchased a quaint cottage in the scenic Cape Cod area of Harwich for $610,000. 

She lists this half-million-dollar home as her primary residence on mortgage documents. 

In a statement earlier this week, Belichick revealed that he met Hudson on a flight to Palm Beach, Florida, in 2021, two years before purchasing the first multi-family home. 

Details surrounding Hudson's personal life have been scrutinized since Belichick's awkward CBS News interview on Sunday, which left many questioning how much control she has over the former NFL coach. 

We now know that Hudson's real estate portfolio suggests that her net worth has increased since she got involved with Belichick. However, there is no confirmation or evidence that the college football coach helped her out financially with any of these purchases. 

Hudson's properties include a $2.2 million Dorchester townhouse

One property Hudson owns is a $2.2 million townhouse in Dorchester.

She bought the property, which is split into three apartments, with a $1.2 million mortgage back in December 2023. The residence features one four-bedroom unit, which rents for an estimated $5,000 monthly. According to Realtor.com, it's undergone extensive interior renovations. 

On the same day Hudson signed the mortgage for this property, she reportedly took out another $1.2 million mortgage for a second townhouse in the same area. According to records reviewed by the "Daily Mail," she purchased it for $2.3 million in June 2023. 

That property is split into three separate apartments and was fully renovated before she bought it. 

The outlet reported that her third property, which is also split into three separate apartments, was purchased in December 2023 for $3 million.

The large multi-family property features 15 bedrooms across three separate units, which should generate a decent amount of rental income for Hudson. As of August 2024, the apartments were bringing in $17, 675 in monthly income. 

Hudson is listed as the "borrower" on each of the properties, according to property records.
