Honkai Star Rail Dahlia kit leaks

The Dahlia in Honkai Star Rail is expected to be a sub-DPS that will potentially assist Break compositions. Here are her abilities, per leaks from Hakush.in:

• Basic ATK: Deals Fire DMG to a designated target.
• Skill: Deploys a Zone that lasts for a few turns and deals AoE Fire DMG to enemies. While the Zone is active, it increases allies' Weakness Break Efficiency. Enemies also receive increased Toughness Reduction and Super Break DMG.
• Ultimate: Inflicts a Wilt state on all enemies and deals Fire DMG. The ability further reduces the target's DEF in the "Wilt" state and applies Weakness based on Dance Partner’s elements.
• Talent: Entering the battle regenerates 35 energy and grants the "Dance Partner" status to the teammate who initiates the combat. The ally will have the highest Break Effect, and if they attack a Weakness Broken enemy, it will trigger Super Break DMG. When the enemy is attacked by the Dance Partner, The Dahlia launches a Follow-Up ATK on them, dealing Super Break DMG to vulnerable targets.
• Technique: Casting this ability creates a Special Dimension. Enemies within will not actively attack ally targets. Upon entering battle, The Dahlia immediately deploys her Skill's Zone, and causes the target to receive Super Break DMG when their Toughness is reduced.

Dahlia’s Traces leaked

• Trace 1: When entering combat, increase other characters' Break Effect. This effect triggers again after a few turns when The Dahlia additionally receives healing or a shield from a teammate.
• Trace 2: When using Talent's Follow-Up ATK, recovers a Skill Point for allies.
• Trace 3: When an ally applies Weakness to an enemy target, it increases their SPD. When this effect is triggered by an ally Fire character, they regenerate a set amount of Energy.

Dahlia’s Eidolon leaked

• E1: Applies Talent's Super Break DMG multiplier provided to Dance Partner to all ally characters, with the existing Dance Partner receiving an additional boost. When they use an attack, it inflicts a fixed amount of Toughness Reduction on the enemy.
• E2: "Wilt" additionally reduces the target's All-Type RES. When an enemy enters the field, immediately inflicts the status on them.
• E4: Increases the instances of DMG dealt by Talent's Follow-Up ATK. Every hit boosts the damage received by the target.
• E6: Increases The Dahlia's Break Effect. Using Follow-Up ATK advances the next action of all Dance Partners.
