Holly Madison Details “Disgusting” Group Sex With Ex Hugh Hefner
Some ghosts from Holly Madison’s past are rearing their heads.
As the Girls Next Door alum navigates life newly single, she accused her ex of being unfaithful with several women amid their relationship.
“It’s a perfect day for me and not my ex who I just found out was cheating on me with at least three other girls,” Holly wrote over a photo of a swimming pool in a May 11 Instagram Story. “Never too late to find out! Lol.”
Over the course of the day, she continued to document her thoughts, writing on her Story, “The number is up to 7 women with receipts now for those keeping track.”
In another Story alongside a snap of the wholesale club Costco, she quipped, “Some people were cheating in bulk.”
The 45-year-old’s Instagram posts come over one month after she confirmed the end of her relationship with Ghost Adventures host Zak Bagans following six years of dating.
E! News has reached out to reps of Zak for comment and has not yet heard back.
“Zak and I broke up for good, for good,” Holly—mom kids Rainbow, 12, and Forest, 7, with ex-husband Pasquale Rotella—explained on her and Bridget Marquardt’s Girls Next Level podcast in March. “I know we’ve been very off and on, you guys are probably like, ‘You guys broke up last spring, right?’”
She revealed that their romance—which first sparked rumors in 2019 after Holly visited Zak at his Haunted Museum in Chicago—was on-again-off-again for its entire span.
“We were together but very off and on over the past year—very, very much,” she said. “So we broke up, and I mean unfollowed on social media, which we’ve never unfollowed each other before through all the breakups.”

However, she emphasized that this split closed the door on their relationship for good.
But this isn’t the first time Holly has alleged cheating in her relationship. In fact, she wrote in a May 10 TikTok video, “My fantasy ‘I’m bored’ scenario would be all the girls my most recent ex cheated with just filling me in. I need the lore.”
Although she didn’t elaborate further, she did express her gratitude to Trisha Paytas in her comments, who wrote, “I couldn’t imagine cheating on literally the perfect woman.”
Holly responded with three heart emojis, “Thank you Trish.”
