Harry Kane defends new Bayern Munich signing with 'many good attributes'

Bayern Munich have gotten off to a fast start in the Bundesliga, with three wins out of three.

The Bundesliga champions made a few changes to their squad this summer, including bringing in two Premier League players: Luis Diaz and Nicolas Jackson.

Diaz has already made a big impact with three goals and two assists on the season.

Jackson made his debut in Bayern's 5-0 thrashing of Hamburg, after the Senegalese international signed a loan deal on deadline day from Chelsea

The loanee had been pushed down the pecking order after the arrivals of Liam Delap and Joao Pedro.

Jackson had been criticized for his performances in the Premier League, but Bayern's star forward Harry Kane has defended his new teammate.

What did Kane say about Bayern's new signing Jackson?

As reported by GOAL, Kane said, "If you follow the Premier League, you can see that he has many good attributes.

"He creates a lot of chances. And he's here to help the team. We're already working together in training and finishing together."

Jackson didn't have the instant impact he would have wanted on his debut, but the forward got his first taste of Bundesliga football.

Kane continued, "I feel he can have a big impact for us this season, with his speed, his movement, and his goals. He's a great addition for us.

"I didn't know him very well. We played against him in the summer [England vs Senegal], and he made a very good impression, he played a really good game."

Jackson will be hoping to make a big impact against his parent club Chelsea, as Bayern take on the Blues in the Champions League on September 17.
