Harper Murray reveals special part of Nebraska volleyball team's locker room as they continue unbeaten streak in the season

Nebraska volleyball Harper Murray revealed the favorite part of her locker room, showcasing the love she received from her fans and teammates. Murray joined the Huskers team in 2023 as a freshman. The same year, she received the Big Ten Freshman of the Year, AVCA North Region Freshman of the Year, and was named Big Ten Freshman of the Week three times.

In the following year, she received her second All-America honor while concluding the season with a career-high 22 kills. She was also named the NCAA Lincoln Regional Most Outstanding Player. The outside hitter has consistently shown her impressive skills, while also helping the team to be undefeated this season so far. The Huskers volleyball team has registered a 22-0 record.

They have dominated all 11 home and 8 away games. Amid their successful season, Murray revealed her most loved part in the locker room. She shared a picture of her locker, filled with heartfelt letters from fans and teammates. The locker door also featured her pictures with teammates, including Andi Jackson.

"My fav part of my locker..letters from teammates and my fav letters from fans."

She posted the picture on one of the game days and added:

"Happy gameday @huskervb."

The Huskers have clinched the unbeaten streak by winning 37 consecutive sets, while allowing the opposite team to reach 20 points only three times. With their win against Wisconsin on Friday, October 31, the team extended its consecutive sweeps to 12.

Nebraska volleyball's Harper Murray recently shared a few glimpses of her attendance at the program's football blackout game. The Nebraska University football team competed against USC on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at Memorial Stadium in Lincoln, Nebraska. The women's volleyball team was present at the game, celebrating the blackout edition with fans. The women's team and fans were attending the game in black outfits while paying tribute to the nickname 'blackshirts' for the defense group.

Murray wore a black t-shirt and tights and paired them with a red puffer jacket. The carousel of pictures also showed balloons released into the sky and a heartwarming moment between Murray and her boyfriend Heinrich Haarberg, who plays as a tight end for the football team. Sharing the pictures, Murray wrote:

"Annual post for @huskerfootball 🖤"

The Nebraska volleyball team will play their next match against Illinois on November 6, 2025.
