Gunther Beating Solo Sikoa Has Angered WWE Hall Of Famer - Calls Out Company

Gunther destroyed Solo Sikoa before advancing to the finals of the Last Time is Now tournament. Now, a WWE Hall of Famer has revealed that he is quite upset about it.

Rikishi was very angry about the fact that Solo Sikoa lost to Gunther

Rikishi was asked about the match between Solo Sikoa and Gunther on his Rikishi Fatu Off The Top podcast, which saw the Ring General qualify to face LA Knight in the final, before getting to face John Cena in his retirement match. The fact that Solo Sikoa was the star that the star beat to get to the final did not sit well with Rikishi.

He called out the decision, saying that Solo Sikoa being the one to lose to Gunther made no sense to him. He asked why that decision was made, and then asked if there had really been no one else there who could have faced the Ring General in that match. Rikishi felt that Solo Sikoa had the momentum and then he was being thrown to the sidelines when he was booked in such matches, because it was just wasted. He said that it was all for putting someone else on another level, and wasting the talent of the star who had actually managed to do so much by himself.

"If you gonna ask me, I’m gonna tell you. Number one, why? Number two, was there not anybody else? Because now you bring a guy who's got momentum... and then when you book him on certain matches... you just throw him in there just for the sake of putting somebody else to go to the next level."

Rikishi is known for favoring members of the Anoa'i family, and the fact that Solo Sikoa is his son may also have something to do with the reason for this opinion. Now it remains to be seen what will happen next for the star.

Solo Sikoa and the MFTs are taking on the Wyatt Sicks in WWE

While Sikoa may have lost, there's a bigger story for him out there right now, as he and his MFTs are facing the very challenging force of the Wyatt Sicks.

Both groups have been at each others' throats for some time and things seem to be coming to a head now with the two teams actively getting physical.

It remains to be seen what's next and which group comes away with the win.
