Cleveland Guardians fans have reason for concern on Friday night.
Superstar Jose Ramirez went down awkwardly and had to leave the Guardians' game in Toronto.
The play happened on a dribbler back to the pitcher.
When Chris Bassitt threw to first base, the ball caught Ramirez in the upper back, seemingly just below his neck.
He also stumbled awkwardly through the bag, potentially jarring a knee or ankle in the process.
Ramirez hit the ground hard and stayed down for a while before walking off with some trainers. Cleveland immediately removed Ramirez from the game.

The injury occurred in Ramirez's second at bat of the night.
Cleveland led 1-0 at the time on a Carlos Santana solo home run.
Ramirez had a right wrist injury early this season that he shook off to return after not missing much time.
Guardians fans will be hoping this one works out the same way.
