With Christmas arriving this week, Grow a Garden has implemented the third installment of its Christmas update on December 20, 2025. Update 1.37.0 brings numerous additions, including new pets and plants, as well as the exclusive time-limited Winter Egg. This is the second event-exclusive egg released as part of the recent festive updates after the Christmas Egg, and it too contains five unique and peculiar pets.

How to get the Winter Egg in Grow a Garden

They can be acquired as event rewards from Lumberjack Larry in the main event area after having met certain conditions. Alternatively, they can be purchased for 149 Robux apiece from the Shop.
The Christmas Tree event involves players in growing Christmas Trees in their gardens. You will start receiving rewards once your tree crosses the weight threshold of five kilograms. These will include Winter Eggs, which you will get in varying quantities when your tree hits different weight milestones. Here are the details:
- 7 kg: 1 Winter Egg
- 10 kg: 2 Winter Eggs
- 18 kg: 3 Winter Eggs
- 24 kg: 4 Winter Eggs
- 34 kg: 5 Winter Eggs
- 46 kg: 5 Winter Eggs
- 55 kg: 7 Winter Eggs
For every four kilograms after crossing the 61 kg mark, you will have a 33.33% chance of getting a Winter Egg as a reward.
Of course, if you don't have the patience to contribute to growing your tree manually and don't mind spending, you can always purchase a Winter Egg for 149 Robux at the shop, as mentioned earlier.

It has a unique appearance of a snow-covered body with a white ribbon on top. This egg contains five event-exclusive pets: Partridge, Santa Bear, Moose, Frost Squirrel, and Wendigo.
Here are all the Winter Egg pets along with their abilities and hatch chances:
