The Nets, on the other hand, are on a three-game winning streak. They secured a 123-107 win over the Minnesota Timberwolves on Saturday. The Nets (10-19) are in 13th place in the Eastern Conference standings.

The Warriors are down two players heading into the matchup. Al Horford is out as the Dubs have decided to rest him. Seth Curry remains out because of a sciatica nerve issue in his lower back/pelvis region. He will be re-evaluated in two weeks, according to ESPN's Anthony Slater.

De'Anthony Melton is questionable for the game because of a knee injury. L.J. Cryer remains day-to-day due to a low back strain.

Brooklyn Nets injury report

The Nets are down only one player heading into the matchup. Haywood Highsmith is out because of swelling in his right knee. According to league insider Erik Slater, Highwood's injury has progressed through on-court work, but he is still not cleared for full contact five-on-five drills.

A clash between the forwards, Michael Porter Jr. and Jimmy Butler, is a matchup to keep an eye on. MPJ is averaging 25.8 points, 7.4 rebounds and 3.2 assists per game on 49.4% shooting.

Butler, on the other hand, is averaging 19.6 points, 5.6 rebounds and 4.9 assists per game on 51.5% shooting.
