Fresh aerial views from USA Today show the NFL icon’s sprawling waterfront estate on Indian Creek Island in Miami nearing completion, revealing a property that’s been years in the making. The home, which spans roughly 25,000 square feet, sits on about two acres in one of the most exclusive residential pockets in the country—an area often nicknamed “Billionaire Bunker.”

Brady originally purchased the land in 2020 for around $17 million with then-wife Gisele Bündchen. The couple tore down the existing structure with plans to build a custom home from the ground up. After their split in 2022, the project continued, with adjustments to the original vision as construction progressed.

The finished design leans heavily into modern architecture, with clean lines, glass-heavy exteriors, and wide-open views of Biscayne Bay. The property faces both the water and the manicured greens of Indian Creek Country Club, creating a blend of privacy and scenery that’s rare even by South Florida standards.

Documents from late last year show Brady transferred ownership of the property into a trust and secured a $35 million loan tied to construction. The same records note that the home is intended to serve as his primary Florida residence, despite earlier reports suggesting he might test the market with a price tag around $150 million.

The layout is built for both everyday living and high-end entertaining. Floor plans indicate multiple bedroom suites, staff quarters, and a dramatic central living space with double-height ceilings. Large glass walls and sliding panels allow most of the main rooms to open directly toward the water, emphasizing indoor-outdoor living.

Outside, the property extends into a full waterfront setup. A long private dock lines the back of the estate, with space for large boats and recreational watercraft. Recent images show a growing collection that includes a high-end speedboat and multiple personal watercraft mounted above the water.

Additional structures on the property suggest dedicated spaces for wellness and guests. A detached building near the shoreline appears designed to function as either a gym, guesthouse, or retreat area—features that align with Brady’s well-documented focus on fitness and recovery.

The grounds are also taking shape, with fresh landscaping, palm-lined borders, and a large central lawn stretching toward the seawall. The design balances sharp architectural symmetry with a tropical setting, giving the estate a resort-like feel while maintaining strict privacy.
