Finn Balor sends cryptic message about his WWE future

WWE Superstar Finn Balor recently took to social media to send a cryptic one-word message about his future in the Stamford-based promotion. The star also shared an edited photo of himself.

Finn Balor is one of the most popular names in World Wrestling Entertainment. However, 2025 was not one of the best years for The Prince. Although he won the World Tag Team Championship alongside JD McDonagh, their title reign was underwhelming as they barely defended it. Balor is also among the names with the most losses last year.

The Judgment Day star recently took to Instagram to upload an edited photo of himself. He also sent a one-word message, suggesting that he had hope things would turn in his favor in 2026.

"Hope," his picture read.

Many fans want the Triple H-led creative team to turn Finn Balor back into a babyface. If that happens, he will most likely leave The Judgment Day and possibly go on a singles run during which he could replicate the same success he once had in WWE.

Finn Balor talked about his first interaction with John Cena in WWE

During last month's interview on The Sun, Finn Balor revealed that when he joined WWE in 2016, John Cena was the locker room leader.

The Prince added that Cena led by example and not with "fear or threats." He also mentioned that the 17-time World Champion was easy to deal with and he admired the GOAT's work ethic.

"When I get [sic] brought in like 2016, John was at the top, and he’s kind of like the leader in the locker room and backstage. He leads by example and not with fear and threats. He was just a really, really good leader that everyone looked up to and respected and admired for his work ethic. He was really, really easy to deal with," he said.

Finn Balor has been teasing a babyface turn for quite some time. It will be interesting to see what WWE has planned for his future in The Judgment Day.
