Cleverwabbit5 She is stunning! Thank you for saving her and taking a chance on a real wild one!! It is amazing she loves her siblings! She will come around!! Keep us updated!!

  • It may take some time, but we have a feeling Lola will come around to cuddles before she knows it. She’s already made huge progress from spending three months under the bed to accepting pets, enjoying treats, and hanging out with her feline siblings. Every little step means she’s learning that her new home is safe. There’s no need to rush her. One day her hooman might sit down and suddenly realize there’s a former feral kitty curled up right beside them.

mermaidpaint Food, a safe home, soft places to sleep, toys, welciming siblings, and treats. Lola hit the jackpot!

  • Lola really hit the feline lottery with this one. She has a safe home, plenty of treats, a hooman willing to give her all the time and space she needs, and four feline siblings she gets along with flawlessly. After surviving as a feral kitty in an airport parking garage, she never has to worry about where she’ll sleep or find her next meal again. She may not realize how lucky she got, but this sounds like one seriously winning ticket.

FartSchoolDropout It's the real ones who adopt the "project" kitties. From experience, I can't even explain the feels you'll get when that cat finally agrees sits near you. In about 3 years You rock!

  • It takes a special kind of person to take on a project kitty who might need months or even years before they’re ready for cuddles. You have to celebrate the tiny wins, whether that’s coming out from under the bed, accepting a few pets, or simply choosing to sit a little closer. There’s no rushing a scared feline into trusting you. But when they finally decide you’re safe and start showing affection on their own terms, all that patience is so worth it.
