A female WWE star faced racism recently. Superstars in the Stamford-based promotion are often subjected to online hate and vitriol, and another talent had to deal with such comments.

SmackDown star Michin was pulled from the remainder of WWE’s Holiday Tour after suffering a shoulder injury. She had been featured in matches against Jade Cargill, but as a result of her injury, she won't be able to continue the run.

As the news was shared online, a user on X (Twitter) mocked her injury. They wrote that "karma is a b*tch," underneath a post talking about Michin's injury. But that was not all.

A glance at the user's feed shows that they have been targeting Michin with racist comments about her heritage. In a video from WWE on X, where the SmackDown star addresses Jade Cargill, the user made a vile comment.

"Why is this China woman talking like this? I don’t understand," the user wrote.

Despite a pushback from some users, who came in support of the 36-year-old star, the user continued to target her with racist remarks.

"I don’t have to cosplay off of Korean culture to move ahead," the user mentioned.

Michin addressed these comments with a simple message on X, saying that injuries bring out the worst in people.

Michin is eyeing the WWE Women's Championship

Jade Cargill has put the women's division on SmackDown on notice after winning the Women's Championship from Tiffany Stratton.

However, Michin has been trying to get the attention of Cargill for weeks now and is eyeing her Title. They have been involved in a few backstage segments in recent weeks on SmackDown.

During one segment, Cargill attacked Michin and later decimated her in the ring when Michin came out seeking revenge. The two were set to clash for the Championship on the first SmackDown of 2026, but Michin's injury has put those plans on hold.
