The Lions wide receiver had eight receptions for 68 yards against the Vikings before suffering a leg injury in the dying minutes of the fourth quarter. Brown, who was going for a catch on Detroit's final drive of the game, hurt his leg after an awkward fall. He exited the game after being evaluated by the medical team.
Amon-Ra St. Browns' status for Thursday's game was 'questionable' as the Lions wide receiver reportedly suffered a leg injury on Thanksgiving. However, he was deemed good enough to play.
Despite his injury, Brown etched his name in the history books during Thursday's contest. The Lions wide receiver grabbed his 100th catch of the season against the Vikings, becoming the first player in franchise history to have four 100-catch seasons.
Brown, who made his NFL debut in 2021, registered 90 catches in his rookie season and has 100+ catches in each of his four seasons since. He became the fifth wide receiver in NFL history to have four consecutive 100+ catch seasons.
