Escape From Duckov: How to farm Blue Cube

Blue Cubes play an integral role in Escape From Duckov. They are resources that can be used to unlock special modifications that appear late game. These special modifications can be further used for special upgrades. While Blue cubes are not exchangeable to Money, they can be exchanged for permanent Power Boosts that massively increase the performance of your gear and overall power of your character.

How can you get the Cube Storage Device in Escape From Duckov?

Obtaining the Cube Storage Device is essential for getting Blue Cubes. The Cube Storage Device (also known as Cube Backpack) can be obtained by completing the first quest - Xavier's Hidden Secret.

In this quest, you are led to the Warehouse map where you will be guided to the Cellar. You can purchase the Cube Storage Device from the hidden blue vendor by spending 5288 in-game currency.

However, remember that the Cellar is full of Toxic Gas. Hence, you must wear a Gas Mask to survive. You will also require a Cellar Key and a Cellar Crossroad Key (both obtained while playing the quest) to unlock gates which lead you to the hidden blue vendor.

How can you farm Blue Cubes in Escape from Duckov?

Once obtained, the Cube Storage Device automatically collects the spilled Blue Cubes from enemies once they die. As you keep eliminating higher adversaries, you can obtain more Blue Cubes. The stronger enemies spawn in late-game areas like the J-Lab or Cellar.

However, if you’re farming bosses in Duckov, you must be well-equipped, as these fights can get tough but generally offers multiple cube drops.

Another reliable method of obtaining Blue Cubes is dismantling the accumulated electronics while scavenging. Various processors, terminals, and power modules can be dismantled at workbenches. While the drop rate is not guaranteed but, you will eventually accrue Blue Cubes with recurrent dismantling.

Meanwhile, defeating Mad Bombers can also help you obtain Blue Cubes, yet you must be aware of their turning clean runs into instant losses. While Mad Bombers are a direct source for obtaining Blue Cubes, they can prove to be problematic for those unquipped with great weapons.
