One of the best rivalries in sports will kick off the 2025 NFL season, when the reigning-champion Eagles host the Cowboys at Lincoln Financial Field. Tickets had already been flying for the game before the date was set, but it's an even hotter ticket now that the NFL announced it as the official season-opener.
The Philly faithful will be representing their beloved squad in the Eagles' first game since defeating Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs in Super Bowl 59. Jalen Hurts, Saquon Barkley and company were dominant from start to finish last year, finishing 14-3 in the regular season and going 8-1 at Lincoln Financial Field.

As for "America's Team," the Cowboys are looking for a bounce-back campaign. They went 7-10 last year, struggling with injuries to difference-makers like QB Dak Prescott, pass-rusher Micah Parsons and cornerback Trevon Diggs. Dallas is much healthier now, Jerry Jones' squad enjoyed a very strong 2025 NFL Draft and Jones traded for George Pickens to play opposite All-Pro wideout CeeDee Lamb.
Could this be the year the 'boys finally return to the Super Bowl? Or, will the Eagles run it back and defend their championship?
