The Philadelphia Eagles are just over a year removed from winning the second Super Bowl in franchise history.
The good news for fans in Philadelphia is that the Eagles' window for winning the Big Game is wide open, according to Brad Gagnon of Bleacher Report.
Eagles get 4-8 year projection for current Super Bowl window
In a recent article, Gagnon laid out the Super Bowl window for every team in the league. For Philadelphia, the listed window was 4-8 years, which means that the Eagles should be able to compete for Super Bowls for the better part of the next decade.
From Gagnon:
The front office is primo, the roster is deep and talented and most key players are in their prime and wrapped up for years to come. It's hard to see them fading from contention in the next half-decade.
Keep in mind, it's almost impossible to predict what the NFL will look like four or especially eight years from now, but the Eagles have a relatively young roster and an extremely proactive general manager in Howie Roseman, who will do everything in his power to keep the team in the contention conversation.
The current core in Philadelphia is one of the best in the entire league, on both sides of the ball, and Roseman will continue to stock it with talent.
For fans in Philly, that means that there could be more epic celebrations on Broad Steet in the near future.
