It's no secret that Amazon Prime has been moving rapidly in picking up live sports coverage. Now, they've broken another barrier in the college basketball world.

On April 30, the Duke Blue Devils and Amazon announced a multiyear agreement to air a few games exclusively on Prime Video. This marks the first time a major collegiate program has signed an exclusive streaming deal.

Prime recently acquired rights to air Thursday Night Football, the NBA Play-In Tournament, and the first round of NBA playoffs. The platform will now add three neutral-site Duke games to their streaming catalog during the upcoming college basketball season.

Here's the latest on the Blue Devils' new partnership with Prime, and where to watch three of their games this upcoming season.

On April 30, Amazon Prime reached a multiyear agreement with the Blue Devils to air a few of the team's games exclusively on the platform, according to Duke.

Three of Duke's games will appear on Prime during the 2026-27 college basketball season. The games are against marquee opponents in UConn, Michigan, and Gonzaga. All of these games will be held at neutral sites in Las Vegas, New York, and Detroit.

"It's exciting to bring this relationship with Duke University to life, and we're looking forward to presenting this premium college basketball showcase to fans around the world next season and beyond," said Charlie Neiman, Head of Sports Partnerships, Prime Video. "Duke basketball games transcend the schedule, and the creation of this all-new offering gives fans more of what we all want, marquee matchups featuring the most successful programs in the nation."

Exact times for these three games will be announced at a later date. The Blue Devils will become the first collegiate team to sign an agreement to have games exclusively aired on a single paid platform.
