Days after the breakup rumors gained traction, Big Sean found himself at the center of another wave of gossip when a viral video showed him standing near an unknown woman during a livestream.

As reported by PEOPLE, the clip, posted by social media blog No Skips Tea, was reportedly captioned,

"Big Sean spotted with alleged new girlfriend after wasting Jhené Aiko’s time for 10 years."

The footage, however, did not show any interaction between the rapper and the woman.

Under the post, Sean wrote two clarifying comments, saying.

"Yeah unfortunately I never met this person in my life lol"

In another, he explained,

"This girl was standing next to @hitboy who is cut out the video. I don’t know why she was so close to me though. I didn’t see it at all till I saw this video and can understand the frustrations. Smh 😂. But I don’t even know this person at all."

Sean’s response quickly gained traction across platforms, with many fans defending him for addressing the rumor directly. Some users on X (formerly Twitter) reportedly pointed out that the viral post omitted crucial context by cropping out other people in the room.
