Did Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's dog Wendy make her NYFW debut?

Wendy has a doppelgänger.

A viral video shows what appears to be Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's dog, Wendy, being walked during the Tommy Hilfiger New York Fashion Week show by the designer himself on Thursday, Sept. 10. However, Kelce was not in the crowd for the spring 2027 show, so the puppy they used was a look-alike, Page Six confirms. 

Kelce missed the performance as he is gearing up for his first game of the 2026-2027 NFL season on Sept. 14 against the Denver Broncos. This is the Kansas City Chiefs star's 14th season in the NFL.

The runway walk was a nod to the Chiefs tight end's campaign with the iconic fashion brand that was released earlier this month. Kelce was joined by Wendy and other stars like Gigi Hadid, Carmelo Anthony, Frances Tiafoe, and more. 

“Tommy brought us into his world at The Plaza for this, and it doesn’t get more classic New York than that,” said Kelce in a statement about the campaign. “There’s a magic to this city, and I love that you never know who or what’s around the corner. We had a blast tapping into that unique energy with a cast who truly embody the vibes that make this city so special.”

Kelce confirmed to Vogue that he is the one who volunteered that he and Swift's dog be a part of the campaign. 

“We figured, why not her? She crushed it and actually really fit into that Tommy aesthetic too,” he reports proudly. “Those are some of my favorite shots.” 

Swift was “all for it,” Kelce shared during an episode of New Heights after the shoot. 

“Wendy’s a model. She’s a model dog,” the football star joked.

Kelce added that Wendy was a pro during the shoot.

“It’s kinda crazy how perfect she looks in the Tommy Hilfiger world. She matches the brand and the shoot, and it was pretty easy to get her to jump on the couch and have some fun with us.”

Shortly after Swift and Kelce said "I do" on July 3, the dog was spotted getting off of Swift's private jet in Florida at Donald J. Trump International Airport in Palm Beach, Florida, according to photos obtained by TMZ. According to Page Six, the couple has had the puppy for "close to a year" and are “very happy” about having Wendy in their family.
