Paul Skenes and girlfriend Olivia Dunne are one of the more recognizable couples in sports. Both of them have their own individual fanbases and, with success in their respective fields, are gaining followers each passing day.
A fan with the username "@steviemast" on Instagram got the chance to take a picture with the pair during an airport meeting. He asked each of them to click a picture of him with their respective others.
Dunne clicked a perfectly framed picture of the fan standing beside Skenes. However, when it was the Pittsburgh Pirates' pitcher's turn, he took a disoriented snap with the fan's face cut out from the frame. His attempt to troll the man quickly became viral on social media with news outlets circulating the hilarious interaction.

Paul Skenes wins National League Cy Young Award unanimously
Paul Skenes, a clear favorite, was named the National League Cy Young Award winner on Wednesday. The win comes one year after he won the National League Rookie of the Year Award. The Pirates pitcher went 10-10 with a 1.97 ERA, the best in the MLB. He also had an MLB-best 217 ERA+, and led the National League in WHIP (0.95) and homers per nine innings (0.5).
Skenes became the fifth youngest pitcher in the history of the game to win a Cy Young and the first pitcher since Jacob DeGrom in 2018, to post a sub-2.00 ERA while pitching at least 185+ innings. He received all thirty first-place votes over Philadelphia Phillies' Christopher Sanchez and Los Angeles Dodgers' Yoshinobu Yamamoto.
