Brandon Ingram had a bad moment on the bench during the Toronto Raptors' 130-120 loss to the Philadelphia 76ers on Saturday. NBA fans were shocked by Ingram's action, which wasn't the first time a Raptors player expressed his frustration this season.
Early in the second half, Ingram was taken off and showed his disappointment by spiking his bottled hydration drink to the floor. It seemingly hit one of the court attendants in the face, while teammate Scottie Barnes got splashed by the liquid and had to stand up.
Ingram was sulking and didn't move on the bench as the towel boy cleaned the mess the All-Star forward made. He kept his head down and even put his hand on his chin, continuing to show his frustration with what was happening in the game.

NBA fans were not particularly impressed by Brandon Ingram's courtside tantrum because he hit the court attendant. While it was an accident, and frustrations are part of the game, he could have stopped and immediately apologized to the arena personnel.
Here are some of the comments condemning Ingram on X, formerly known as Twitter.
Did he apologize to the guy or take any accountability for his actions?
If I'm that dude I'm milking this for millions
Imagine just sitting there, paid millions, and acting like he did nothing 😭🤷♂️
Throwing a tantrum like a dang child😭 bro your 28
If Ingram asks for a towel, I'm gonna give him the same towel I use wiping the floor.
He better throw the dude in glasses a couple grand for acting like such a b*tch… poor guy caught a nasty stray
Brandon Ingram finished with 21 points, eight rebounds and five assists, but it wasn't enough to prevent the Philadelphia 76ers from snapping the Toronto Raptors' four-game winning streak.
The Raptors dropped to 5-5 for the season, which isn't a bad start for a team that wasn't projected to make the playoffs. Ingram is averaging 21.0 points, 6.1 rebounds and 3.9 assists in his first season in Toronto.

However, Ingram was unable to suit up for the Raptors due to an ankle injury. The franchise was confident about his abilities that they signed him to a three-year, $120 million extension.
Speaking to Marc J. Spears of Andscape, Ingram expressed confidence in the team's chance of success this season. He pointed to the talent on their roster, as well as the Eastern Conference being wide open.
"This team can be whatever we want it to be," Ingram said. "We have everything on the defensive end. We play hard. The next thing is execution over and over again on the offensive end. … The East is wide open this (upcoming season). We have a chance to be better, but we've got to expedite it."In addition to Ingram, the Raptors have a bunch of good young players like Scottie Barnes, RJ Barrett and Immanuel Quickley.
